Arrow Tag is a safe competitive activity for most ages. We use real bows and foam tipped arrows that do not cause injury. Every player is required to wear a face mask, which we provide. Getting hit with an arrow feels like getting a tennis ball thrown at you.
We allow most ages to play Arrow Tag. We do not set a hard age limit, but require parental consent for a child to play. A soft age guide would be 9 years old and up depending on the size of the child.
Unfortunately, Arrow Tag is not suitable for pregnant women. We would never want to jeopordize the health of a baby or mother to be, so we do not allow pregnant players to play. We hope you will visit after your child is born!

Unfortunately we cannot allow you to use your own bow due to insurance restrictions. We will provide you with all of the equipment needed to play. You can use your own face and body protection if you would like. Face protection must cover your whole face. NO EXCEPTIONS!

If you purchased a Groupon or Living Social deal, bring your printed coupon code or Groupon/Living Social app when you come to play. If you purchased a private event and are calling to schedule, please let us know that you have a Groupon. If you purchased a Yelp Deal, have the coupon available on your smart phone or printed out. For check-ins, show one of our staff your check-in and we will give your discount. If you have a gift certificate, print it out and bring it when you come to play. You cannot use more than one Private Rental deal per party per day.
No, we do not allow the use of more than one Private Rental deal per party, per day.
No, unfortunately you may not have extra players with your Groupon Private Rental. If you would like to have an event with more than 10 players, you must book directly through us.
Yes, all private events require a non-refundable deposit, with the exception of Groupon or Living Social deals, which require a booking fee. Although your deposit is non-refundable, you may reschedule your event. See Cancellation policy below.
If you have booked an event and would like to cancel or change your rental, you may do so by contacting us at (714) 517-1992 no later than 7 days before your event is scheduled. Cancellations result in loss of reservation deposits. Rescheduled/changed events keep your reservation deposit valid for your rescheduled event, unless you are within of 4 days before your event. Reschedules and some cases of changed events inside of the 4 day limit, result in a forfeited deposit and you will have to pay a new deposit of 65% of the initial deposit.
Yes, every player needs to have a wavier filled out and signed to play. For minors, a parent or legal guardian must fill out the waiver, sign and include a copy of their ID or Drivers License. For parties, make sure that all players under the age of 18 have a minor waiver with them or they will not be permitted to play. NO EXCEPTIONS!
No! We proudly serve much of Southern California, including: Los Angeles (area), Inland Empire, and Orange County. If you aren't sure if your area is served, just contact us. Most likely, we can accommodate your needs, but a travel fee may apply.
If you are coming to our walk ups on a Saturday, there is no reservation necessary. If you are planning on booking an event, such as a team building event, then a reservation in required.
To use your Groupon for a 1 hour archery lesson, you must call or email and book directly with us. You CANNOT book your lesson through our website booking system. The website booking system is for full price customers and your booking is automatically cancelled if it is not paid for at the time of booking.
